As Vice Curator of the Global Shapers Community NYC – Brooklyn Hub, a World Economic Forum youth initiative, Naima leads efforts to strengthen the hub’s infrastructure, community impact, and long-term sustainability. She spearheaded the development of a free, easily transferable hub website designed to withstand leadership transitions and preserve institutional knowledge for future leadership teams. Beyond strengthening internal systems, Naima leads and supports community-driven programming across mental health, climate action, and youth engagement, including So Fresh So Clean, an initiative bringing accessible mental health resources into trusted community spaces. She has also helped strengthen member engagement, recruitment, strategic partnerships, and impact measurement, with a focus on building programs and systems that future Shapers can continue, adapt, and scale.
